Terms and Conditions

Commencement and Subscription

• Your vCard subscription begins once full payment is received and reflected in RAMM Technologies’ bank account.
• The subscription runs for 12 months from payment, with renewal reminders sent 30 days before expiry. Non-payment will result in deactivation.
• The service consists of a once-off setup fee and an annual subscription fee.

Orders and Invoices

• Proforma invoices are valid for 30 days and subject to product and price changes before acceptance.
• Orders will only be processed after full payment is received. RAMM Technologies reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Data and Artwork

• Clients are solely responsible for providing correct, up-to-date, and copyright-compliant information.
• Two free mock-ups are provided; a third mock-up may be created based on feedback. Additional changes will be charged at R150 per redesign.
• Clients must approve mock-ups in writing. RAMM Technologies is not liable for errors overlooked during approval.

vCard Publishing

• Once artwork is approved, vCards are published and remain active for the duration of the paid subscription.
• Alterations after publishing require a separate quote and payment.

Payment Terms

• Payment is via EFT only. No cash payments are accepted.
• Late payments may incur 2% interest per month.
• RAMM Technologies is entitled to recover collection and legal costs should legal action be required.

Liability

• RAMM Technologies takes reasonable care to ensure accurate publishing but is not liable for errors if the client approved the artwork.
• RAMM Technologies is not liable for copyright or franchise violations caused by client-supplied content.

Refunds

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of publishing. No refunds will be processed after the first month of the subscription.
• Only amounts greater than R250 (ex VAT) will be refunded; smaller amounts will be credited to future orders.
• Refunds are processed within 30 days if approved.

Complaints and Incorrect Orders

• Clients must notify RAMM Technologies of incorrect goods or branding within five (5) days of receiving the order. Late complaints will be investigated, but resolution is not guaranteed.
• International refunds are not available.

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before payment. After payment, cancellation is not possible due to the custom nature of vCards.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

• RAMM Technologies processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
• Personal information is collected for purposes including subscription setup, payment processing, and VAT compliance.
• Information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be destroyed beyond reconstruction once no longer required, unless retention is required by law.

Client Responsibilities

• By using this service, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, up-to-date, and lawfully obtained.
• You confirm that you are authorised to provide information on behalf of your company or its members, if applicable.
• You undertake to notify RAMM Technologies immediately of any changes to your personal or company information.

Client Consent

By subscribing to RAMM's vCard solution, you consent that:

• Your personal information may be processed for the fulfilment of your vCard subscription.
• Your information may be shared with authorised third parties (e.g., financial consultants, SARS) strictly for compliance and payment purposes.
• You voluntarily and without coercion provide this information.
